Fellowship is a senior professional grade for experienced practitioners who can demonstrate leadership, responsibility and a record of contribution. Assessment considers more than years served; applicants should show the scale, quality and influence of their work.

CILPM Nigeria considers each application on its complete merits. The experience range is guidance; relevance of work, qualifications, achievements and responsibility determine the final decision.
