Membership Upgrade Guidelines – Chartered Institute of Logistics & Procurement Management (CILPM)

When and How to Upgrade
1. Affiliate Member Upgrading to Associate Member (ACILPM)
Eligibility:
- Completion of a degree or higher qualification in logistics, procurement, supply chain, or a related business field.
How to Upgrade:
An Affiliate Member can apply for an upgrade to Associate Membership by submitting a request to the Institute Registrar.
Required Documents:
Please send the following to the Institute’s official email:
a. Proof of payment for the upgrade fee of N30,000
b. Evidence of up-to-date annual subscription fee payment
c. A copy of your Affiliate Membership Certificate
d. A formal application letter requesting membership upgrade
e. A copy of your degree certificate or any additional relevant qualifications

2. Associate Member Upgrading to Full Member (MCILPM)

- Attainment of a higher qualification (e.g., Postgraduate Diploma, Master’s Degree, or equivalent).
How to Upgrade:
An Associate Member can apply for Full Membership by submitting a request to the Institute Registrar.
Required Documents:
Please send the following to the Institute’s official email:
a. Proof of payment for the upgrade fee of N60,000
b. Receipts for all annual subscription fees paid to date
c. A copy of your Associate Membership Certificate
d. A formal application letter requesting membership upgrade
e. A copy of your higher qualification certificate, if applicable

b. Receipts for all annual subscription fees paid to date
c. A copy of your Full Membership Certificate
d. A formal application letter requesting membership upgrade
